An example of the benefit of quitting smoking and instead using e-liquids or vaporizers is the fact that an individual will see a huge drop in heart attack risks. Likewise, in five years after quitting, that person will also have lesser probability of getting a stroke. And after a decade of not using cigarettes, the risk of lung cancer drops by fifty percent.

It is quite true though that quitting smoking is very difficult, borderline impossible. But then again, the only thing that needs to be done in order to convince yourself is realize that it is all for the improvement of your health and saving your life in the process.
